12U will be Friday Nov 2nd from 6:30 – 7:30 P.M. (Registration begins at 5:30)

13U will be Friday Nov 2nd from 7:30 – 9:00 P.M. (Registration begins at 6:30)

16U will be Monday Nov 5th from 6:30 – 9:00 P.M. (Registration begins at 5:30)

17U & 18U will be Tuesday Nov 6th from 6:30 – 9:00 P.M. (Registration begins at 5:30)

14U will be Tuesday Nov 13th from 6:30 – 9:00 P.M. (Registration begins at 5:30)

Additional information * Please bring to tryouts:

1. $20 Tryout Administration Fee (Cash or Check, sorry no Credit Card machine available)
2. BRING : COPY of player’s Birth Certificate (no copier will be available on site)
3. BRING: Copy of player’s primary insurance card (no copier will be available on site)
4. BRING Proof of WEVA registration and payment (no copier will be available on site)

Tryout Night Info

1. Parent meeting will be at first practice

2. Parents will not be permitted to watch at tryout (per coaches’ request for distraction reasons)

3. Registration – see above for times for each age group

4. All tryouts will be held at Dexter Terrace (333 Dexter Terrace Road, Tonawanda, NY 14150)

5. You must be on Registration list in order to try out. If you are receiving this email from NCVC, then you are registered.

6. Players selected to be on a NCVC team will be posted 48hrs after tryout at www.ncvball.com. Teams will be formed as late as the first practice

Playing Up Policy:

ALL Players are expected to attend the tryout for their age as defined by USA Volleyball.
Whenever possible, the club will place players at their age level.

Any exception would have to be approved by the affected coach(es) and the NCVC board.
Possible examples are below:
- Not enough players to form a team at a higher level
- Advanced skill level (During tryouts, coaches will be looking for players with advanced skill levels)
